Thrift store score!
Found 12 of these 12 1/2" square whitework napkins at the thrift store the other day!
A vintage linen seller was able to tell me a bit more about them. Linen fabric, whitework embroidery, handmade, and probably made after Queen Victoria died, so Edwardian as a time frame to when they were done. They don't look as if they have been used at all! One has a couple some tiny brown spots, but otherwise seem to be in perfect condition. I have never seen such exquisite stitching!
